Lakeside Intimate Wedding near the Florida Panhandle | Lenna & Reggie
Our first Spring wedding of the year and we had perfect, warm weather for a wedding on Lake Jackson. As Lenna and Reggie vowed their lives to one another in front of a red rose circular arch, it was easy for everyone to see the love they shared for one another.
This wedding was so incredibly special to us because the bride, Lenna, is one of our team members here at Camellia Palms, and we were so honored that she chose us as her venue!
DECOR AND DETAILS
When guests arrived for Lenna and Reggie’s wedding, they were given the opportunity to sign a vintage globe suggesting places for the couple to see the world together. As guests made their way down the candle-lined aisle to their seats, their eyes landed on our red rose adorned circular arch situated on the shores of Lake Jackson.
Our bride’s two daughters led the bridal party down the aisle. The Maid of Honor, Junior Bridesmaids, and flower girl wore red dresses that perfectly matched the Best Man’s black suit and red tie and the red roses spread around the ceremony.
After Lenna and Reggie shared their first kiss as husband and wife, guests were treated to cocktail hour provided by Culinary Productions and Richey's, followed by a dinner of herb crusted chicken and filet of beef.
The reception tables were decorated with candles, greenery and more red roses. The night ended with photo booths, a funfetti wedding cake, bubbles, and dancing the night away.
Our favorite moment was seeing Lenna, Reggie and their two daughters enjoy creating lasting memories in their Volkswagen photo booth, The Posey Bus. The all tried on hats and silly faces and left with Polaroid photos to help them remember their wedding day together for many years to come.
