Cancelation Policy

All registration deposits and fees are nonrefundable. Payment for retreats are due in full at the time of booking. Our COVID-19 policy modification is as follows: -If you test positive for Covid-19 within 5 days of your retreat: free rescheduling/rebooking to a retreat of your choice (as long as we have space). -Refunds given only within 30 days of the retreat if Alabama state or federal laws prevent us from providing this service. If there are stay-at-home orders in the State of Alabama still in place at the time of your date, we will refund your reservation or rebook you. If no state restrictions are in place but you choose to cancel, no refunds will be given.
